My name is Geoge Kara and I created Onehalf Australia Offshore Business Solutions with the sole purpose of helping my Melbourne based Transport Company several years ago.
I needed a good accountant to do all the technical work while I focused on the strategic part of my business.
The results were so fantastic from that first accounting role that I started creating offshore solutions to other areas of the business.
Everything from Data Entry to Customer Service, Payroll and much more. It worked so well that I thought there was a great business opportunity to help other Transport Businesses initially, in Australia.
Mylene has more than 8 years experience servicing Australian Companies and Individuals, in Property Management, Accounting Firms and Transport Companies. Prior to her role with Onehalf, she headed the Finance Department for various local manufacturing businesses in both Manila and Davao. She also worked as an Operations Director, managing maritime projects with both the US-PH Government. Worked as an internal accountant for George Kara for 2 years before being appointed to head the Onehalf Operations in the Philippines.
Mylene has extensive knowledge in managing and controlling all aspects of Onehalf especially BPO services.She continually provides outstanding service to our customers.
